Communication Formats and Wellness Perspectives

Purpose of study: We are investigating how health communication preferences and individual cognitive styles influence health-related decision-making and behavioral planning. Your input is essential to helping us understand the factors that shape how people intend to manage their wellness routines.

Procedures: If you agree to participate, you will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire that includes your daily habits, health communication preference, and your likelihood of engaging in specific health behaviors. The entire survey is expected to take approximately 10 minutes to complete.

Confidentiality: Your participation in this study is completely anonymous. All data collected will be kept confidential and used only for academic research purposes.

Consent to Participate: Your participation in this study is completely voluntary. You may withdraw at any time without penalty. By continuing and responding to the following questionnaire, you are consenting to participate in this research project.
